“I can assure you that she is having a great time,” says Máxima. No statement is made about what exactly the princess is doing. When it comes to her alleged internship abroad, we are not much wiser. Amalia thinks her approaching eighteenth birthday – on December 7, when she will come of age and entitle to the throne – “very exciting”.
