How and where to see the 2022 Women’s Copa América draw?

Conmebol reported how the pairings will be carried out and they are already defined the top seeds: Colombia (group A) and Brazil (group B). Then, in the bolilleros, there will be the teams located in duos according to their classification in the ranking in the previous Copa América.

Pot 1 will have Chile (runner-up) and Argentina (third place). For its part, pot 2 has Paraguay and Venezuela (fifth and sixth place). Pot 3, meanwhile, has Bolivia and Uruguay (seventh and eighth place). Thus, in the fourth ballot box are the teams with the worst performance in the 2018 Women’s Copa América: Peru and Ecuador.

The first team to come out of each pot will occupy group A and then it will be drawn which position it will occupy in its group (A2, A3, A4 or A5). They will live in the same situation in group B. And so for each of the four bolilleros.

When is the draw for the Copa América Femenina 2022?

On Thursday, April 7, at 12:00 p.m. (Chilean time), the draw for the contest will take place. The headquarters of Conmebol, in Luque, Paraguay, will receive the event in which the two groups of the Copa América will be matched.
