How and when is the pre-registration for the 2021-2022 school year?

PACHUCA.- In February starts the period of pre-registration online for preschool education, first degree of primary and first degree of high school for him school cycle 2021-2022, informed the Secretariat of Education Public of Hidalgo (SEPH).

He preregistro will be done through the SEPH official website http://sep.hidalgo.gob.mx, like preventive measure by pandemic covid-19.

The portal will be open 24 hours a day and the pre-registration it will be totally free as part of the strategy Operational Shield of the state government, in support of economy of the Hidalgo families and the education.

PRE-REGISTRATION PROCESS

The girls and children that they fulfill 4 years old as of December 31, 2021, they must enter second grade preschool. Who comply 5 years as of December 31, 2021, they will enter third of preschool.

In case of first grade preschool should be reviewed in August if there will be an opening in the school you want to request.

In the case of primary, the girls and children that they comply 6 years as of December 31, 2021, to first grade.

Children under 15 at the beginning of school cycle 2021-2022 (August 2021), will do the same to high school general, technical or telesecundaria.

Those over 16 years old must attend the program For a Mexico without Educational Lag (IHEA).

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE THE PRE-REGISTRATION?

To perform the Procedure, you must have the following data: CURP of the student to pre-register; and CURP of the father, mother or guardian. If you have brother in the school requested on CURP of the student who is enrolled and attach their birth certificate.

Furthermore, in digital format (.JPG or PDF no larger than 3 Mega Bytes) the following documents: birth certificate (student), proof of recent address (water, telephone or property bill) and valid official identification of the mother, father or guardian.

And in some cases: proof of work with address and schedule (only in case the school requested is near work). Birth certificate of the brother (only in case of having brother in school requested).

HOW TO KNOW THE SCHOOL ASSIGNED?

The results for the preschool level can be consulted with your folio and CURP in the SEPH official website from the second week of August and must be presented at the school appear in your proof of assignment.

For primary and high school consult with your folio and CURP in the SEPH official website from July 9, 2021.

The proof of assignment Official can be downloaded when consulting its result. It is important to keep it for your inscription in the school assigned.

FOR FOREIGNERS AND GRADUATES OF INDIVIDUALS

In case you are studying in school particular state of Hidalgo, as well as the foreign students, who wish to enter, to the degrees described above, in public schools, must be communicated to the Statistical System, Distribution and Basic Education Assignment (SEDAEB) or in the different regions as appropriate according to the announcement to be issued.
