OTTAWA – The Canadian village of Lytton is no more. Three days in a row they recorded record temperatures in the village of around 50 degrees Celsius, making it world news. The forest fires that broke out in the area then reduced everything to ashes. The residents just managed to escape. “We put everyone in our cars and just started driving.”
