TEXAS – A Houston woman is undergoing life-changing surgery.
Renee Lawrence wears a size 36 O bra and says that in her daily life she faces uncomfortable challenges that cause her pain, for those reasons she has decided to undergo surgery to remove more than 10 pounds of tissue from her breasts, according to an interview with KHOU 11.
“It is always something really heavy. Sometimes I have trouble breathing and struggled to sleep comfortably, ”Lawrence said.

The Houston resident says that her breasts attract people’s attention and that makes her uncomfortable, for years she has dreamed of finally being able to have relief on her back and neck.
Dr. Franklin Rose commented in the report that the procedure is not a cosmetic one, it is a medically necessary surgery.
“The patient’s condition is called gigantomastia or macromastia, which means irregular growth of tissue in the breasts,” explained the doctor.
Rose will remove more than 10 pounds of tissue in surgery that has been scheduled for next week.
“If you don’t like what you see in the mirror, change it. I am very excited about this procedure, it will change my life, “concluded Lawrence.
