Housing lottery opens for 299 apartments in Coney Island building; Rents start at $410

The New York City housing department opened a lottery for 2 99 apartments in a building located in Coney Island.

The building is located at 2938 West 16 Street in Coney Island.

The lottery is for 299 apartments included 73 Studios, 79 one-bedrooms, 124 two-bedrooms and 23 three-bedrooms.

Rents start at $410s and they go up to $2,656 the highest.

According to available data, they can participate people with income from $17,006 per year up to 210,120.

Registration closes on January 5.

The building is located close to the beach and is close to local shops and restaurants.

They point out that tenants will be responsible for paying the electricity bill.
