The number of tenants who refuse to move despite the end of their lease has doubled this year, deplores a group of owners.

The organization, which conducted a survey of 1,741 homeowners from June 5 to 11, suggests that “this rate is possibly higher if we consider that tenants keep the” surprise “of their decision until the last moment to stay”.
