Housing cost shock: which tenants are affected

There is now also a forecast as to how many people this cost increase could affect in a short time: According to the Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), around half of all tenants have to expect an increase in 2023. In other words, the increase will affect a good part of the population, because in Switzerland the majority rent.
