The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Urban Communities Authority, will begin reservation procedures for the new offering of medium-sized housing apartments next Sunday, December 17, in New Obour City and New Assiut City.
The offering will be through the reservation website of the Housing and Development Bank, from here.
The allocation in this offer will take precedence through the website, and the conditions sheet for reservation will be made available on December 17th.
The units that will be offered are also fully finished, with areas starting from 63 meters up to 93 meters, where 1,160 apartments will be offered.
