Actor Aksel Hennie has sold the villa in Halvdan Svartes gate 40, close to Frognerparken in Oslo, for more than double what he bought it for, writes e24.

According to an update from the real estate register, Hennie has now sold the 259 square meter villa for NOK 30.5 million, the website writes.
In October, it became known that Hennie had raised NOK 27.25 million for a villa on Nordstrand in Oslo.
Billionaire heir bought
It is billionaire heir Jonas Aspelin Ramm, the son of real estate mogul Jonas Gustaf Aspelin Ramm (70), and Fanny Sofie Stenmarck, who bought the home from Hennie.
according to Capital Jonas Gustaf Aspelin Ramm is listed with a fortune of NOK 7.40 billion in 2021, and is thus in 39th place among Norway’s richest.
Bid losers clung to
When the previous bidding round for a top apartment in the Summer Rook quarter slipped, a buyer clinked with 1.6 million over the price suggestion for another apartment in the same place and cut sales.
The seller earns around 6 million in a year and a half.
