The house, which is located in Puri Brawijaya Blok XE 4-8, was deliberately sold for Rp. 750 million. However, the price is negotiable according to the agreement. The results will be shared among the Palestinian people.
The owner of the house, Triyanto, explained that later when the house is sold, after deducting the sales tax for land and buildings, sales mediator fees, and dependents during construction. Later, the remaining 50 percent will be donated to the people Palestine.
“Frankly, I still have a debt of around Rp. 100 million to the one who built the house first. After all of it is paid off, half of the sales will we donate to Palestine,” Triyanto explained to detikcom, Saturday (15/5/2021).
His party has also coordinated with ACT (quick response action) Malang, because currently he is domiciled in Malang. It also offers to buyers, to transfer directly to the ATC, for the distribution of aid to the Palestinian people.
“I have also coordinated with ACT (Rapid Response) Malang, half of the net proceeds from the sale of houses will be donated to Palestine,” said the father of two children.
