It may be that last month’s 20.1 percent increase equals the largest price increase in more than 40 years, but that’s not certain. The data on house prices have only been kept up to date since 1995. For 1995 the figures have only been registered per quarter.
The last time there was an even higher price increase in a quarter was in 1977, ANP news agency reports.
