The lockdown in Berchtesgadener Land has been in effect for a week. Although the shops are open, for many people in the region the reality is like it was in spring: schools and restaurants are closed, tourists had to leave. In less than a week there was widespread resistance to the measures that went as far as the Bavarian Administrative Court in Munich.
Lawyer Frank Starke from Bad Reichenhall submitted the lawsuit by Sylvia and Dirk Finsel, including an emergency application, to the administrative court on Monday.
