Our B&B Paris hotel Le Porte de La Villette is looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. You will also be responsible for managing staff and optimizing the overall performance of the establishment. Responsibilities: Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate all operational activities of the hotel. Ensure compliance with high quality and service standards. Personnel management: Recruit, train and supervise hotel staff. Plan schedules and ensure effective communication within the team. Customer Service: Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. Resolve problems and respond to complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Financial management: Maximize profitability by implementing effective strategies. Marketing and promotion: Participate in the development of marketing strategies to attract new customers. Collaborate with marketing departments to promote special offers and events. Requirements: Proven experience in hotel management, preferably as a Hotel Manager/Director. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions. In-depth knowledge of hotel management software. Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
