Amsterdam – The mayors of the four major cities receive support from hospitals in their call to reopen terraces. Mark Kramer, member of the board of the Amsterdam University Medical Center (UMC), agrees with their urgent request for a regulated reopening of the outdoor spaces. The 25 members of the Security Council are divided about it.
