A seven-year-old girl, hospitalized for sexual violence and abuse, begged doctors to “let her die”.
The little girl, known as “Yaz”, is hospitalized in serious condition after being brutally beaten and abused on 21 August.
According to reports by Crime Online and the “Mirror”, when she was admitted to the Hospital de Las Margaritas in Pueblo, Mexico, doctors reported that the little girl had internal bleeding, a collapsed lung, burn marks on the back, cigarette burns on the arms and hands and signs of sexual assault.
In a statement released to investigators, the doctors claim that Yaz told them: “I want to die… I don’t want to go back to my parents so that they keep beating me ”.

The girl was taken to the hospital by a neighbor who attended torture. Yaz’s parents, Rafael N. e Alejandra N, were accused of family violence and neglect of minors by the Attorney General of the State of Puebla.
Local media report that the girl’s uncle, accused of violence sexual towards the child, she would be on the run.
Last April, Yaz underwent surgery for intestinal damage: the little girl had already been hospitalized in February with cuts to her legs. At the time, her father had accused the baby’s mother.
Investigators are now also investigating about the death of her three-year-old sister of Yaz, who died last June of “accidental asphyxiation”.
