A number of members of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland (KHN) are submitting the ultimatum to the cabinet. Chairman Robèr Willemsen of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland knows about the noises, but says the association will never call for civil disobedience.
Closed for six weeks
Due to the corona measures, catering establishments have been locked for more than six weeks and the entrepreneurs are dissatisfied with the lack of support schemes. Many companies are in danger of going bankrupt. Although no end date has been set for the current shutdown, the KHN fears that easing will certainly not come before mid-January.
