AMayor Hans Rädler paid the former football talent a visit at Hochegger Hospital.
At the end of December, Franz Tauchner, who was also considered a great football talent in the region in his younger years, celebrated his 80th birthday. He even played in the Austrian youth team, which also explains his love for SV Bad Erlach. A big celebration was held at the sports field before bad news followed just a few weeks later: Tauchner suffered a stroke and was taken to hospital.
Now former mayor Hans Rädler visited the passionate football fan in Hochegger Hospital and made sure that the diver, who is known beyond the local borders, is on the mend.
