The Emergency Department at La Ferté-Bernard hospital will close for two days in July.
The emergency reception service of the Paul-Chapron hospital center in La Ferté-Bernard is no exception to the rule: it will close for two days, this month of July 2021. This is what the management of the establishment announces in a press release, this Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
After Saint-Calais, or even Montval-sur-Loir, it is the turn of the La Ferté-Bernard hospital to announce a temporary closure of its emergency department. “Currently, the hospital is faced with a problem of continuity and permanence of care,” explains the communication department of the establishment in a press release.
Despite the efforts developed by the Establishment with the support of the CHM within the Groupement Hospitalier du Territoire 72 and the Regional Health Agency, to overcome this difficulty, an appropriate organization must be set up during these periods.
The emergency reception will therefore be closed 24 hours, Monday 12 July 2021 at 8:30 a.m. to Tuesday the 13th July at 8:30 a.m.
Nurse and caregiver will redirect patients
Same Friday punishment 16 to Saturday 17 July, on the same time slot.
The management of the Paul-Chapron hospital notes, however, that a “nurse and a nursing assistant will however remain present to welcome patients who come in by. their own resources in emergencies ”. And this, in order to reorient them with the regulation of the Samu 72, according to their state of health, towards the most suitable response.
The establishment ensures that the actors concerned are warned of this temporary organization, and “mobilized to meet the needs of the population and combine quality of care, safety and permanence of local care”.
Ambulatory care permanence, or single number
Note that ambulatory care is available by calling 116 117 of 19 am to midnight weekdays, Saturdays from 12 am to midnight and Sunday from 8 am to midnight.
