Following Hanyang University Hospital, Boramae Hospital in Seoul, operated by Seoul National University Hospital, also suffered a new coronavirus infection (Corona 19).
According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government on the 30th, five confirmed cases occurred at Boramae Hospital on the same day as at 6 pm.
The previous day, 5 confirmed patients, including 3 patients, 1 doctor, and 1 nurse, came out from the travel patient ward of Boramae Hospital.
Boramae Hospital closes the ward where the confirmed case was found and examines patients and medical staff.
The number of confirmed patients related to Hanyang University Hospital increased by 2 from the standard of 0 o’clock on the day, to a total of 29. The new confirmed case is one employee and one family member.
At Hanyang University Hospital, after the family of patients admitted to the hospital was first confirmed on the 27th, the infection spread to hospital patients, family members, and caregivers.
A cohort (same group) was quarantined on the 15th floor where the patient came. The city of Seoul is conducting in-depth epidemiological investigations and investigations on the path of infection.
