“Hospital General Metropolitano and Trauma Center Begins Vaccination Campaign for Employees”

Nursing staff of the Hospital General Metropolitano and Trauma Center of the Hospital Complex “Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid” (CHDr.AAM), began the vaccination process for employees of this health facility in April, with the aim of eradicating diseases that affect the performance of work activities, reported Omayra Rodriguez, nurse from the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI).

The objective of this campaign is to “update the vaccination scheme for the collaborators of this health facility such as HB, TD, TDAP, MR COVID and Influenza among others and achieve high inoculation coverage. This programming has allowed it to become the best tool for the prevention of diseases”, said nurse Rodríguez.

It is important that employees take advantage of this campaign to apply the influenza vaccine before the start of the rainy season, since it can prevent complex situations.
