Terrifying! A number of female inmates at a prison in the state of Indiana, United States of America (USA), confess raped in a prison cell by a number of male inmates. The female inmates filed a lawsuit accusing a prison guard of selling their cell keys to the male inmates.
As reported AFPFriday (29/7/2022), in a lawsuit to US District Court, a total of 28 female inmates said they were assaulted shortly after midnight on October 23, 2021 in a Clark County prison cell in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
The female inmates accused a prison civilian named David Lowe of “selling” the keys to their prison cell to several male inmates, for $1,000.

The female inmates said they were subjected to a “night of terror” when male inmates wearing masks made of towels and blankets attacked them for two hours. Despite the presence of CCTV cameras, the prison guards are said to have taken no action for the blatant assault.
“Although the incident involved many male inmates and dozens of victims over a long period of time, none of the prison guards on duty that night came to the aid of the plaintiffs and other victims,” reads one lawsuit filed by several female inmates.
“This systemic failure allowed many of the male assailants to move freely in prison for hours on end, sparking a night of terror for the plaintiffs and other victims,” the lawsuit added.
The lawsuit alleges male inmates groped female inmates, exposed their genitals and made sexually threatening statements. Two of the female inmates admitted they were raped.
