A passenger plane suffered an engine fire as he was about to take off from Delhi airport, India. The Indian aviation regulator is currently investigating the incident.
The news agency reports AFPSaturday (29/10/2022), air flights Indigo he was about to take 184 people to the Bangaluru technology center and was just making preparations for take-off when suddenly a fire was seen. This forced the pilot to return to the start of the runway and evacuate the cabin.
No injuries were reported and officials said the plane was safely emptied.

“Fortunately, the fire was quickly extinguished and the plane is now on the ground.”
Passengers told local media they heard a loud bang before seeing the engine flames.
Indigo he said the plane encountered a technical problem, “immediately after the pilot aborted take-off and the plane returned safe and sound.”
“All passengers and crew are safe and alternative aircraft have been set up to operate the flight, which took off at 12:16 pm on Saturday,” the company said in a statement.
