Jakarta –
A gruesome video circulated with a narrative of the Russian army’s atrocities against Ukrainian civilians. In the video, a tank can be seen deliberately crashing and then running over a civilian’s car until it is crushed.
Quoted from nypost, the terrible video circulated on Friday (25/2) yesterday morning. The incident occurred in one of the areas in Kiev, precisely in the Obolon District.
The beginning of the short video shows a tank moving at high speed down a highway. Suddenly the tank swerved to the left.
A split second later saw a sedan coming from the opposite direction. There was a collision between two different types of vehicles.
Instead of just being hit, the tank then ran over the sedan and stopped right above it for a few moments. After a few seconds perched on top of the car, the tank backed away, leaving the sedan badly damaged on the roof.
Several people who were at the scene reported hearing a rattling sound as the body of the car shattered under the weight of the tank. In the video, the faint sound of gunfire can be heard in the distance.
Another video circulating shows the sedan, which is suspected to be the victim of a hit-and-run, from close range. An elderly man was seen pinned behind the wheel while several others tried to provide assistance.
The driver of the car is reported to be safe.
For all those who do not want to see what Putin is doing in Ukraine.
The Russian people are not behind this. This is Putin’s personal war.

The tank that hit and ran over the sedan is believed to be a Strela-10. An anti-aircraft war vehicle owned by both Russia and Ukraine.
“I saw armed vehicles and automatic weapons. And there was this car, which probably had an anti-aircraft gun mounted on it,” said Viktor Berbash, a local resident quoted by nypost.
Berbash claimed the tank was deliberately targeting civilian vehicles to hit and run over.
“It wasn’t a coincidence, it was for fun, they didn’t have to do this. The (tank) hit this car. Stopped, stepped back to run over it again, then walked away,” continued Berbash.
The video comes shortly after Russian troops, including those in tanks, began to approach Kiev on Friday.
The Ukrainian Defense Minister had issued a message to his citizens to throw Russian combat vehicles using Molotov cocktails and stay indoors.
