West Australian police bust drug dealer. Unexpectedly, they found a similar shaped gun iPhone 14 Pro.
Launching from News.com Australia, Thursday (2/3/2023), police in Western Australia conducted a raid on two houses in the Mandurah area on February 15.
Police from the Gang Crime Unit conducted a search of homes in the area of Cassinia Streets, Baldivis and Bellingham Streets, Wellard. The search uncovered a drug distribution headquarters in possession of 1.03 kg of cocaine and 163 grams of ecstasy.
Police also found 41 anabolic steroid tablets, A$115,000 in cash and a belt with a hidden knife. The police also found strange objects, namely similar items iPhone 14 Pro but can be converted into a gun.
Currently, the police are conducting follow-up tests for further investigation. They will conduct ballistic tests to determine whether the weapon can be used to fire like a pistol.
Earlier, a 31-year-old man was arrested in a car park at a shopping center in Mandurah on Saturday. A search of his car allegedly found 58 grams of methamphetamine and more than AUD 1,000 in cash (Rp 10.3 million).
The man was charged with 11 offences, including possession of stolen property, trafficking drugs, possession of an unlicensed firearm and money laundering. His bail has been denied, requiring him to appear in Perth Court on Friday.
Additionally, a 25-year-old woman in Wellard was tried at Rockingham Court on Monday. He was charged with possession of drugs with intent to sell or supply cocaine and ecstasy.
