A man was found dead with a wound so deep that his intestines were exposed, in the bedroom of his home in Queens (NYC).
The victim’s roommate made the chilling find. Police were called to the home on 40th Road near 102nd St, Corona neighborhood, at 6:08 pm Tuesday and certified that the 35-year-old man had a severe cut to his torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death was ruled a homicide, but the medical examiner has not released a cause of death, authorities said. The identity of the victim has also not been revealed, reported New York Post.
There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made. In a similar case also in Queens, last week a man was stabbed to death in his room when an intruder entered his apartment climbing balconies. After being detained, the suspect allegedly told the NYPD “that he was looking for drugs” when he broke into the victim’s home.
