The string of holiday leaks continues. Before that, the source code of Rayman 4, the arcade version of Mortal Kombat 2 and the side-scrolling prototype of Duke Nukem Forever were leaked on the net.
This time, the source code of the alpha version was in the public domain. Forbidden Horizon West. This assembly contains the debug menu unlock code. With it, modders or hackers can go through files and study them.
The developers of Guerrilla Games have not yet told how the alpha source code ended up on the net. It can be assumed that these versions of the game were sent to remote testers when the Covid-19 pandemic was raging.
The assembly is intended for PS4 and can in theory run on a hacked version of the console. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to see the alpha version in action, since no one has published the related video yet.
