Among its plans for 2022, is to place more leaders in diversity, equity and inclusion in front of Actvision Blizzard Inc. and setting annual performance and diversity goals, investing in learning and development to foster a culture of inclusion, mentoring, and sponsorship programs, and continuing to evolve the talent and recruiting system.

Another detail that was touched on in the letter is the transparency that employees already need to exist within the company, because they believe that, if they had already had it previously, the same company would know where it should improve to offer a better working environment.

For this reason, Activision will begin to share and analyze information related to the diversity and gender of the employees in the company and will update it every quarter.

According to Alegre, for Activision Blizzard, diversity is just as important as innovation.

Thus, the company aims to increase the number of women and non-binary people by 50% so that they make up more than 30% of the company’s employees.
