Vienna – There is good news for investors who have put their money in closed real estate and ship funds (Holland funds) and then looked through their fingers. The Supreme Court (OGH) recently made several decisions, according to which investors who participated as shareholders in funds via trustees and who no longer came out can withdraw from the contract. The trustee has to pay them principal plus interest.
