What is a little special about this gig is that we have a couple with us friends from Finland who will play before us as a kind of pre-orchestra, they are called Steve N Seagulls and they are so fucking cheeky, maybe the cheekiest thing Finland has produced sen Nokiatelefonerna.

Hooja from Norrbotten presented himself in 2021 with the debut single “Donkey Kong” dressed in an orange straitjacket, scooter mask, sunglasses and fur hat. Together with the gunman and producer DJ Mårdhund, they describe the sound as “forest disco” and the lyrics are their observations from life in the north.
At the beginning of 2023, the masked duo from Gällivare won the prize for Group of the Year at P3 Gold, at the same time they were nominated for a Grammy for Newcomer of the Year and toured with their own concept Hoojafest. They have released their own mobile game, launched their own beer, and made the fleece sweater a trend item. Hooja’s progress has been a snow cannon all over the country in both big cities and sparsely populated areas, and in a short time they have become one of Sweden’s most celebrated artists.
