Honor ships to select markets, such as the British, the novelty of the lower class X6a. The phone will try to impress at first sight with a relatively stylish look and from the back with an apparent emphasis on the camera setup. It is the design that will probably be the main weapon, because the manufacturer may have saved unnecessarily on the equipment. We only have a very basic IPS display with 6.5″ and, unfortunately, only HD+ resolution. The situation is at least partially saved by the higher 90Hz refresh rate. Movements will therefore look smoother.
Rather, the basic Helio G25 processor from MediaTek is deployed, which, however, is quite expected in a lower class. 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage are completely basic. The latest Android 13 with Magic OS 7.1 superstructure from Honor is deployed. For example, your fingerprint takes care of system security, the reader has its place on the right side.

The main camera could certainly suit a mobile phone, as it has a high resolution of 50 Mpx. However, the rest of the staff somewhat spoils everything, as it is a pair of 2-megapixel sensors for working with depth of field and macro images. In practice, both cameras are almost unusable. The list ends with the front camera, which has a rather lower resolution of 5 Mpx.
Honor fitted the novelty with a large battery with a capacity of 5,200 mAh, which should normally provide two days of battery life. Less demanding ones may achieve even less frequent recharging. Charging with a power of up to 22.5 W is also very solid. Other equipment includes support for LTE, Bluetooth 5.1 and NFC. It didn’t make it to 5G.
For now, the Honor X6a has appeared on the market in Great Britain, where the price after conversion is approximately 4 thousand crowns including tax. It is not clear at the moment whether the new product will also reach the Czech market.
