Towards the end of last year, Honor released a new tablet in the domestic market Pad 9, which brought an attractive combination of parameters at a relatively low price. As we have now managed to find out, a tablet with a modern processor and a smooth display heading to Europe and will very likely arrive during MWC 2024 along with the Magic6 series.
That the Honor Pad 9 will also be launched in Europe was confirmed by the manufacturer itself via its official website, albeit probably unintentionally. We know that it will arrive in at least one color, namely Space Gray, while the 8/256GB configuration will be available. It remains unclear whether there will be any other variants. Unfortunately, we don’t even know the price at the moment. The tablet is very likely to be seen in the Czech Republic as well – its predecessor, the Honor Pad 8, went on sale here in mid-April last year.
The Honor Pad 9 boasts a chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, which uses modern 4nm technology and works with a maximum frequency of 2.2 GHz, on which four Cortex-A78 cores run. The other four Cortex-A55 cores are more economical and clock at 1.8GHz. We will find further under the hood 8 300mAh batteries, it is already possible to recharge with 35W power. Another of the key attractions of the tablet is the display, which relies on 12.1-inch IPS panel with 120Hz refresh rate. The resolution of 2560×1600 pixels or 550 nits maximum brightness is also worth mentioning.
Honor Pad 8 came to the country with a price 7,500 CZKso we assume that its successor will be roughly the same price around here.
