Honor Band 7 launched with big screen, 14 days battery

Sukoharjonews.com – Honor unveiled many new products during the launch event held in China. The brand unveiled the new Honor 80 GT smartphone and Honor Pad V8 Pro tablet. Along with them, the Chinese OEM also launched its next-generation fitness tracker, the Honor Band 7. The new wearable debuts as a successor to the Band 6 but does not bring any major updates.

Reported by Gizmochina, on Wednesday (12/28/2022), the Honor Band 7 has a similar design to its predecessor. It has a rectangular face which is attached to the strap. It comes with a sleek metal casing and offers a 1.47 inch color AMOLED screen with 2.5D curved glass protection.

This display is on par with other products in the same category. For reference, the upcoming Redmi Band 2 has similar display specs.

The wearable has all the usual fitness tracking features. It supports all-weather blood oxygen monitoring, heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring. The band also features over 96 sports modes for tracking various sports activities.

Additionally, the Honor Band 7 comes with a battery that can last up to 14 days of normal use and 10 days of heavy use. It supports fast charging and Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity. It comes with payment support, remote photography, and music playback controls.

The wearable is offered in three colors: Rose Pink, Cedar Blue, and Magic Night Black. Honor Band 7 was launched in China at a price of 249 Yuan or about Rp.559 thousand. However, it will be available for purchase at a discounted price of 199 Yuan. Pre-orders begin tonight and it officially goes on sale January 6. (dwarf)
