The Honor brand announced the global version today in Paris Honor 90, which brings only minor improvements compared to its predecessor. The biggest addition is the use of a 200Mpx main sensor, which is the ISOCELL HP3 from Samsung. The novelty also got a battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh, which can be charged up to 66 Watts, and the manufacturer tried to differentiate the back of the phone as much as possible. The Honor 90 on the market will be supplemented by the Honor 90 Lite, which has been offered for a long time, the more powerful Pro variant is not expected on the Czech market.
This time, only the basic Honor 90 is headed to the Czech Republic. On the front of the phone, there is a curved 6.7″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,664 × 1,200 pixels, which displays a billion color shades and has a 120Hz refresh rate and a brightness of up to 1,600 nits. An optical fingerprint reader awaits below the display, a 50 Mpx selfie (F2.4) is located in the display aperture.The cameras on the back are divided into two circular photo modules.

The main sensor with a resolution of 200 Mpx is complemented by a 12 Mpx wide-angle lens. The third in the party is a 2 Mpx depth sensor, unfortunately even the main photo chip does not support optical, but only electronic stabilization. The back of the phone comes in four diametrically different shades. The glossy forehead is followed by matte green and diamond silver, which has a back with a diamond structure. Probably the most interesting shade of Feather Blue is missing in the Czech Republic. On the sides of the phone you will find the volume controls, the lock button, the USB-C connector, the microphone and the main speaker.

The performance of the phone is ensured by a slightly improved 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition with a frequency of up to 2.5 GHz, so you get 20% higher graphics performance and up to 30% higher artificial intelligence performance. The chipset is followed by 256 or 512 GB of storage and 8 or 12 GB of operating memory. Android 13 with MagicOS 7.1 graphics superstructure is ready inside the smartphone. The phone will go on sale in the Czech Republic on July 24, the 8 + 256 GB memory variant will cost 13,490 CZK, the 12 + 512 GB version will cost 14,990 CZK. When purchasing a phone in pre-sale (July 7 – 23), you will receive a free Honor Pad X8 tablet, the price of which at authorized retailers is around CZK 4,500.
