Honor has announced another member of the Honor 80 family. Honor 80GT The gaming phone sits between the Honor 80 Pro and Honor 80 but looks closer to the 80 Pro as it is powered by the powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
Comparing the Honor 80 Pro to the Honor 80 GT, it comes with a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1080 x 2400 px resolution, 10-bit color depth, 100% DCI-P3, 1400 nits max brightness, and , of course, a refresh rate of 120Hz.
It uses a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with 12GB or 16GB of RAM, while storage is 256GB in both models.
camera side There is a Sony IMX800 main camera, a resolution not often seen is a 54MP, 1/1.49″ sensor coupled with an f/1.9 aperture, while the ultrawide lens uses an 8MP f/2.2 camera and finally a 2MP macro camera while the front camera comes in at 16MP with f/2.4 aperture.
The Honor 80 GT is powered by a 4,800mAh battery, supports Honor’s 66W fast charging, and the smartphone launches with Android 12 and Magic UI 7.0 on top.
Another outstanding feature of the Honor 80 GT is that it comes with a large 4,386m² vapor chamber cooling system for better cooling. and it works with 1,415 tiny copper wires and a 74mm sheet of graphene.
Honor 80 GT launched in China and has not yet announced whether it will be available outside of China or not Pricing for the 12GB RAM model starts at CNY 3,299 (about $59) while the 16GB RAM option has priced at CNY 3,599 (about $50) and is available in black, blue and white.
