Honor has officially launched its new flagship smartphone Honor 80GT in China complementing the existing variants, namely the Honor 80 Pro, the “regular” Honor 80 and the Honor 80 SE (Special Edition).
The Honor 80 GT has a curved frame design, a perforated screen and a large rectangular camera module on the back.
The Honor 80 GT features a 6.67-inch OLED screen with Full HD resolution (1,080 x 2,400 pixels), a refresh rate of 120Hz and a maximum screen brightness level of 1,400 nits.
The Honor 80 GT is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, 12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB of media storage.
This mobile is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 4,800 mAh with support for the 66 watt fast charging function.
For photography, the mobile has triple rear cameras consisting of a main camera with Sony IMX800 sensor with a resolution of 54MP (f/1.9), an 8MP ultrawide camera (f/2.2) and a 2MP macro camera. As for the front camera, the smartphone has a 16 MP (f/2.4) selfie camera as cited by GSM Arena.
The Honor 80 GT runs the Android 12 operating system coated with the MagicUI 7.0 interface. Other features offered by the Honor 80 GT include an under-screen fingerprint scanner (in-display fingerprint scanner), NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, vapor chamber cooling, as well as USB Type-C for charging and a headphone jack.
