As of the closing of Hong Kong stocks on September 13, 2023, the Hang Seng Index fell 0.09% to 18009.22 points; the Hang Seng State-owned Enterprises Index fell 0.39% to 6235.71 points; the Hang Seng Technology Index fell 0.56% to 4041.19 points. On that day, southbound funds sold net HK$1.767 billion.

According to the industry classification of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 13, the textile and apparel sectors led the gains, while the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors led the declines.

In terms of individual stock performance, the top five stocks were Asia Television Holdings, Century Group International, China Parenting Network, Jingrui Holdings, and Youlian International Education Leasing, which rose 53.57%, 40%, 39.47%, 33.33%, and 31.58% respectively.

The top five declining stocks were Zhuohang Holdings, Touyun Biotech, Hengyu Group, Yingjian Medical, and Cornerstone Holdings, which fell 80.74%, 31.40%, 27.17%, 25.13%, and 23.08% respectively.
