At the same time, you should not give up lollipops, they are able to soften and relieve pain so that the treatment goes without any particular difficulties.

Another remedy is nose drops. They contain a substance that allows you to unblock the nasal passages and reduce the volume of secretions. Their use is not always useless. If the nose is stuffy, then the air access to the maxillary sinuses and appendages stops. As a result, the mucus stagnates there, and the bacteria feel great and begin to multiply.

Increased body temperature
Most Ukrainians believe that any thermometer reading that is above 36.6 degrees should be taken. Doctors have long denied this idea and said that the body fights disease actively only at high temperatures. Indicators above 39 degrees are dangerous to human health and life. Therefore, if the temperature on the thermometer does not exceed 38.5 degrees, then tablets and syrups are not needed.

Healing sweat

Until recently, it was believed that during a cold or an infectious disease, you need to wrap yourself in a blanket and a blanket, wear a warm sweater and socks, and also drink hot tea. These techniques, as was previously thought, help to sweat, and with sweat, the disease comes out.
