Most of the Norwegian billionaire Ivar Tollefsen’s enormous values lie in the listed Swedish company Heimstaden Bostad. On Friday morning, the real estate giant presented results for the second quarter.
It emerged that the profit ticked in at NOK 4.7 billion. This is a sharp increase from NOK 1.8 billion last year.
– Although the pandemic continues to affect our lives, the reopening of society has begun and we see signs of improved occupancy across our markets, says Patrick Hall, CEO of Heimstaden Bostad.
During the three-month period, about seven percent of the company’s homes were empty.
