Dusseldorf street workers are looking for contact persons
The health department has already been able to quarantine 16 contact persons of the homeless person. The authority is still looking for 13 other victims, among others with the help of street workers.
In addition, the city of Düsseldorf wants to detect further corona infections in the homeless as soon as possible. On Saturday evening (February 6th) mobile teams are to offer corona rapid tests at three emergency sleeping places and a church retreat for the homeless. This will be expanded to a further 13 locations on Sunday.

The homeless person infected with the British corona mutant is currently in a quarantine station. According to the city of Düsseldorf, the man is doing well.
