The media, Ahmed Schubert, the former vice-president of the Football Association, announced the likely departure of the first Zamalek football team, at the end of the current season, whether by loan or final sale.
And Schubert revealed through his radio program on “On Sport FM”, that there are 7 players from the current Zamalek team list, who are the closest to leave the white shirt next season.
The former vice president of the Football Association added that it is possible for the departure of Muhammad Antar, Omar Al-Saeed, Islam Jaber, Imam Ashour, Muhammad Hassan and Muhammad Abdul Salam.
Schubert pointed out that the seventh player is Mohamed Sobhi, the team’s goalkeeper, especially in light of the continuation of Mohamed Awad, the presence of Mohamed Abu Jabal Al-Haris, the main player at the present time, and the return of Mahmoud Jensh.

Schubert confirmed that the French coach, Patrice Carteron, of the Zamalek team, is convinced of the capabilities of Mohamed Sobhi, the fourth goalkeeper, in the ranks of the team and is committed to his presence.
Concerning the loaned Zamalek players, Ahmed Shouber ruled out the return of Islam Gamal, the loaned player to Zamalek, to the federation, indicating that the closest is the player’s continuation with the Alexandrian club if the latter wishes to do so.
He added that Maarouf Yusuf loaned to the Arab contractors wanted the latter to include him, and what will facilitate the task of mountain wolves is that Zamalek is not committed to the return of the Nigerian professional, especially in light of the possibility of reducing the number of professionals next season.
