The HOS lottery was conducted online today (15th). The chairman of the Housing Authority’s Subsidized Housing Group, Huang Biru, presided over the computerized ballot ceremony. The first ten numbers drawn for the 40% off HOS were 18, 79, 07, 11, 51, 08, 17, 02, 97, 00, the relevant numbers will be used to determine the order of house selection for applicant families; the Housing Department expects to start house selection as soon as June next year.

People who have applied for this phase of HOS flats can pay attention to the “Confirmation Letter” issued by the Housing Authority earlier. The application number (such as white form: W 00000 22) is printed in the upper right corner; the last two digits of the number represent the ballot number .

In this phase, 4 new home ownership projects are on sale, including Kai Cheung Court in Diamond Hill, Choi Wo Court in Sha Tin, Kam Chun Court in Ma On Shan and Lai Court in Fanling Hill, totaling 7,047 units. In addition, at least 18 tail units are also planned to be resold.

“HOS 2020” is tentatively scheduled to start in June next year, and eligible applicants will be invited to select flats according to the priority of application categories. As for “Baijuer 2020”, it is expected to begin issuing approval letters to eligible applicants in June next year.
