Pilot quality care for people accommodated in a living unit, as part of the establishment project.
Organize and coordinate the work of a team of caregivers, medico-psychological help and carers involved in the living unit.
Within the unit, be the interlocutor of families and outside workers.
The different tasks of the position will be:
– welcome the resident
– provide care
– manage the personalized project
– manage medications
– manage the animation
– coordinate care (functioning of the living unit, Management, transmission of information, management of the resident’s file (care), Exams, imaging and outpatient consultations, incontinence, etc.)
– manage human resources
– organize the exit of the resident
1 week-end per month worked
Salary € 2,368 + conventional bonuses + resumption of seniority
