Home group “So Lucid Electric Feel” releases two new singles – Video / Audio – Music – Culture +

“In this song, we have created a scene in which the world connects with a wing that can help,” explains the group’s vocalist and guitarist Uvis Gailis, the ideological setting of the new single “Our Helping Wing”. The song embodies peace, fantasy, the idea of help without unnecessary explanations, so that every listener has the opportunity to find their individual associations in this still relevant topic. “

“In turn, the song” Move “, as its name suggests, presents the movement,” continues Uvis. “Infinite, immortal, present in us and in the manifestations of our life cycle. This composition allows you not to think much and also allows the troubled mind to move. ”

The group continues the recording process in “Sigulda Sound Studio” in cooperation with Latvian Blues Band bassist Mārci Kalniņš, who is also a sound engineer of the new musical material, as well as the creator of the final mix and master version.

The forthcoming album “Social Mindscream” will generally conjure up a scene in which the hungry mind of the public manifests itself in different ways and characteristics. “The album will cover both sides – both fantasy and reality,” emphasizes Uvis. When it will be possible to resume concert activities again, the band also plans to make a concert recording in Liepaja, which will later be released on a separate vinyl record.

“So Lucid Electric Feel” is a trio founded in Sigulda in 2015, in which vocalist and guitarist Uvis Gailis, bassist Kristaps Sproģis and drummer Raitis Kalniņš have combined their musical skills. Last spring, the band released their debut album “We’re All Connected.”

The new singles “Our Helping Wing” and “Move” can be heard on the largest music streaming platforms and heard on the best Latvian radio stations.
