Letters to transferees
To obtain the green light from the tax authorities for the transfer of the tax credit deriving from the building bonuses accrued in 2021, it is necessary to send an electronic communication to the Inland Revenue by 29 April. In recent weeks the mailings have multiplied and an unwelcome surprise has arrived, reported by the Sole 24 ore: a letter to the transferees who sent the communication notifying the suspension of the credit and requesting integration with a series of documents to send within five days. Failing this, the communication of the transfer will be considered as never received.
