Home bonus, new obligation: all citizens will have to do it

According to article 25 of Legislative Decree 104 of 2023, it will be mandatory for everyone to have to communicate credits, even unusable ones. This obligation allows you to transmit any necessary information with the platform. Contributions must follow two different procedures. On one side traceable ones which are therefore provided with an identification code e those that are not traceable who are instead free. If the taxpayer must enter those of the first type then he will find the electronic protocol within the communication relating to building bonuses. Which is linked to a specific function where you have to enter what type of credit: whether discount on the invoice or discount, and also what the credit installments are.

The matter is different for those that are untraceable credits and therefore for those that are not used. In this case indeed the taxpayer will have to enter the details of the installment and the details which are nevertheless necessary. The communication will be accepted only if the credit has not already been issued for the relevant instalment. Therefore the citizen must also indicate the date of the last concession of which he is aware.

Everyone must notify the Revenue Agency even when the credits cannot be used. This is fundamental and mandatory within 30 days from the date on which the non-usability of the credit itself is reported. Otherwise you are liable to a fine of 100 euros. This applies to all home bonuses: ecobonuses, earthquake bonuses, facade bonuses, electric charging and barriers.
