The 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards were held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Saturday, celebrating the finest film and TV performances from the past year. Exciting wins and unforgettable moments marked the star-studded ceremony.
The race was fierce, with Barbie and Oppenheimer leading the pack with four nominations each, including Outstanding Cast in a Motion Picture. The TV landscape saw Hulu’s The Bear extend its winning streak, triumphing with the Outstanding Ensemble in a Comedy Series award. Jeremy Allen White, the talented star from The Bear, took home the accolade for Outstanding Male Actor in a Comedy Series, while Ayo Edebiri, his co-star, won the trophy for Outstanding Female Actor in a Comedy Series.
The stage was also set to honor the incredible Barbra Streisand, recognizing her legendary acting career with the esteemed Life Achievement Award.
