“Lundgren wants to be helped to meet with Vladimir Putin, as well as to participate on May 9 in the Victory Day parade in the column of the Immortal Regiment,” Belanov said.
He added that Lundgren wanted to walk in the same motorcade with Putin and actor Vasily Belanov, as well as carry a portrait of his grandfather, who died during World War II.
According to the director, the technical issue of the arrival of a Hollywood star in Moscow is currently under consideration.
“We have to pay for this trip, as it is not planned and precedes the filming period, but I think everything will turn out well,” said Belanov.
Earlier, Belanov, general director of the film company Griffon Film, said that Lundgren would visit Crimea to take part in the filming of a film about the Great Patriotic War.
