Actor Gabriel Olds was arrested and charged with a series of sexual assaults and Los Angeles authorities are searching for possible additional victims, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) reported.
According to the LAPD, Olds, 52, was arrested Wednesday morning on seven felony charges after Several women accused him last month of being responsible for sexual assaults between 2013 and 2023.
LAPD Western Division investigators arrested Olds on Wednesday near Norway Lane and Norman Place, in Los Angeles.

Supposedly, Olds He used his status as an alumnus of an Ivy League university and his success in the film industry to meet women and arrange dates.
Police said that in recent years, several women reported that They met Olds through dating apps.
“Each victim reported that Olds tricked them into feeling falsely secure during their initial encounters and then he became violent without seeking her consent“Los Angeles police said in a statement.

Authorities said that on January 19, 2023, a 41-year-old woman reported Olds, alleging that The actor had sexually assaulted her at his home in Los Angeles.

He Los Angeles Superior Court issued an arrest warrant against the film and television actor.

“We heard the same story over and over again. Mr. Olds started out charming, but then used brutal violence to carry out these violations“said LAPD Detective Brent Hopkins.
“Some of these survivors suffered in silence for years before finding the strength to speak out. Now that she is no longer on the streets, We want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to be heard.“, the detective added.

Gabriel Olds is a native of New York and a graduate of Yale University. He is an actor and screenwriter, with credits in film and television productions dating back to the 1990s.

Recently, Olds played young Pat Robertson in “The Eyes of Tammy Faye”which won two Academy Awards.
