Every Sunday, West France associates with TV Magazine to find essential programs of the coming week. Our selection from Monday 26 to Sunday 1is August 2021 is placed under the sign of holidays and a change of scenery.
Original getaway in the Pyrénées-Orientales
The small screen takes its summer quarters with programs that give a good impression of holidays and discovery. This Tuesday July 27, France 5 offers a getaway in the Eastern Pyrenees in the company of Nans and Mouts in the first part of the evening. The two heroes of the documentary series Nudes & panties, renamed this season Confinus & cheeky, once again launched an original challenge: to travel part of the Pyrenees on foot (in the middle of winter!) in order to find a cave and sleep in it. The duo therefore set out to meet the inhabitants of the region and the Catalan culture.
For another form of change of scenery, TF1 broadcasts, the same evening, an episode of the series Magnum tour… in Hawaii!
“Zone Interdite” is looking for second homes
The day after, Restricted zone, whose summer broadcast is on Wednesday evenings, is interested in second homes. The magazine, presented by Ophélie Meunier, follows several people who wish to invest in a vacation home. They tell in particular the story of a couple who rent a small apartment in Paris who have just acquired a house in Normandy or that of a group of eleven friends who together buy a property in Aveyron. Some even leave France to find the rare pearl in Sicily!
While relaxation is the order of the day M6 with this summer program, France 3 and France 5, for their part, alerted, the same evening, respectively on the plagues of drought and fires in Jamy’s World but also on climate change which threatens mussels and oysters in Brittany in Bad weather for the planet.
Travel to Africa on “France 2”
Thursday, it’s time to dance and party on France 2 with Africa, the big concert. During a unique evening, Daphné Burkï and Claudy Siar (who presents The Voice Francophone Africa) offer viewers a unique musical rendezvous focused on African rhythms.
Enrico Macias, Aya Namakura, the Malians Amadou & Mariam, Magic System, Lubiana, Kimberose or even Faudel and Khaled will come to ignite the dance floor with their hits and offer the public of the Peyrou promenade in Montpellier, as well as the viewers, a delicious and festive summer evening with all the diversity of African music.
France 5, for its part, bet, that evening, on the Nordic countries with a trip to Sweden in Trains like no other. It just goes to show that there is no lack of opportunities to travel without moving thanks to the TV!
